Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations

  • User Must be cancelled within 10 min.
  • After 10 Min. of order cancellation will not be accepted.
  • If user cancels the order after picking up from restaurant user will not eligible for Cash on Delivery on future orders.
  • Or If restaurant cancels the order due to unavailability of stock.

Refund Policy

  • After cancelling the order refund amount will be credited to the customer account within next working 48 hours.
